The joke is that Springfield has a church, liquor store, and restaurant on every corner. Start by looking at your church. Springfield is replete with institutions of higher learning. Occupy a class of particular interest to you and meet other people with your similar interests. Whether you like to write, cook, fix cars, or design websites, there is a class amongst Missouri State University, Drury University, or Ozarks Technical Community College for you.

One final suggestion for a place to meet singles is at the gym. While many fitness gyms have separate workout areas for women, there are classes that intermingle and areas that have both men and women to working out in the same room.

No matter where you decide to meet single women, the point is to be unbiased about your interests. If you don’t like going to bars then you shouldn’t force yourself into the bar scene. The same goes for church. Pick a group of believers that you can relate most to and you will enjoy yourself and your life much better.
